For this project, our client originally came to us with one goal: find a sofa they actually loved. The one they had purchased from a box store just wasn’t quite right. It was missing the comfort, quality, and overall feel they were hoping for in their home.
But as it happens often, one thing led to another. What started as a search for the perfect sofa quickly evolved into something more. Before we knew it, we were designing not just the living room, but also the game room and foyer, creating a cohesive experience from the moment you walk in.
The Before
Before we began, each space felt a bit disconnected. While it was functional, it didn’t quite align with the vision our client had for their home. The living room in particular, lacked the comfort and quality they were looking for. The sofa didn’t invite you to truly sit and stay awhile. The foyer was missing that initial sense of impact, and the game room had potential, but needed direction to feel cohesive with the rest of the home.
Step One: Setting the Foundation
Every project begins with a clear vision. We first established a color palette and curated furniture silhouettes that reflected their personal style and the atmosphere they wanted to create. This is also the stage where we bring the design to life through renderings, allowing our clients to see exactly how their spaces will look before any furniture is ever purchased or installed. It gives a clear, realistic preview and ensures every detail feels right before moving forward.
Step Three: The Install & Final Reveal
Once everything is finalized and ordered, we begin bringing the vision to life. This is where all of the planning, collaboration, and creativity turns into something tangible. From the foyer to the game room to the living room, every detail is thoughtfully executed to create spaces that feel both beautiful and livable.
