During this visit, we walk through materials, goals, and priorities. From there, we create a "bottoms-up" investment forecast based on your full vision.

As a guideline:
- Furnishing a whole room typically ranges from $15,000-50,000+, depending on scope, size, and level of customization

Many of our projects are phased. That may mean:

- Completing construction or hard finishes first
- Designing multiple rooms but installing them in stages
- Prioritizing foundational pieces before layering

We accept credit cards, and some clients explore financing options such as HELOC. We're happy to guide you toward local resources if needed.

We're happy to accommodate that, as long as it's discussed upfront.

When clients manage purchasing independently, it must be accounted for in the scope and timeline. Ongoing revisions, troubleshooting, or coordination outside of the agreed scope may require additional billable time. 

We find projects to run significantly smoother and more successful when we manage procurement and installation directly.

You may not need full service design and that's okay!

All contractor pricing is handled directly between you and them. Our role is to ensure accurate documentation, detailed drawings, and complete clarity before work ever begins.
