Design Only

When you need professional design help but are happy to do the implementation of your project yourself, this service lets us create a roadmap for you to follow to handle your project yourself

  • You do all quote gathering, project management & sourcing on your own

  • We measure your space(s)

  • We draw as-is plans & potential plans

  • We add furniture into the potential plans to show best flow and functionality

  • We give the best approximate sized furniture to buy

  • We render what the space could like

  • We add key elevations

  • You take the plan & implement it on your own

  • OR use the plans to have contractors do the work

*Fees for Design Only starts at $3,500 and up per space, depending on the space involved, and design specifics*

Virtual Interior Design

When you live outside of JLI’s service area and/or you want to do your project’s implementation, but you need tools & resources to help with furnishings your rooms and layering in accessories to tie it all together. This service lets us create a robust project roadmap for you to follow, plus links to specific product selections, all handled completely via online communication.

Once we’ve completed the heavy-duty design work, we’ll send you a clear and comprehensive design pack that shows you exactly how to bring everything together. You choose the pace at which you purchase and update your space. Our design pack includes:

  • A floor plan, a key elevation & inspirational images

  • A customized shopping list (retail, but we can supply custom options upon request)

  • Suggestions for art placement, how to make a great bed, etc. depending upon spaces involved
