If you ever work with us, these are the power women that will help bring your dream home to life. Yes, they all love design, but even more so, these ladies care about people.
Our goal is to create the best possible experience for you — from the first moment you give us a call to your much-anticipated, tears-of-joy-filled Reveal Day. And these ladies take that very seriously!

Every Moment Matters with Amanda
Name: Amanda
JLI Initiation: October 2018
Role: Administrative Assistant
Archetype: Caregiver, Tastemaker, Royal
Amanda’s 15 years of customer service experience has made her the perfect Administrative Assistant for the JLI team.
She’s extremely detail-oriented with projects and keeps our clients up-to-date throughout the process. It’s also safe to say that she takes care of all of us, too!
A native to the Kingston area, Amanda gets the most joy from seeing clients’ excitement grow every step of the way. She loves daily life at JLI because no two days are the same. (We can all vouch for that!)
When we first heard that Amanda’s favorite quote, we weren’t surprised.
“Every moment matters.”
These are words she not only lives by for herself but brings to life for us and our clients each and every day. How lucky are we??
When she’s not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her daughter, the rest of her family (of course), shopping and… cleaning! Yes, really.
Say Yes to the Best with Sarah
Name: Sarah
JLI Initiated: January 2017
Role: Interior Designer and Renderer
Archetype: Creative, Caretaker, Spiritual
In this industry, home reno shows create a large misconception between “reality TV” and the true reality of interior design. They never show the moving parts behind the scenes!
Cue in Sarah.
Sarah creates the construction documents and renderings that bring our visions to life for our clients. Her experience comes from a BFA in Interior Design, competitions in Miami’s Art Basel, and work with designers across the country.
Driven by faith and belief, Sarah is in love with the fact she can help others succeed. Sarah says, “With the launch of every new project there is an excitement for its potential. I strive to maintain that excitement through eagerly embracing any challenges that may arise.”
When Sarah is not creating masterpieces behind the computer screen she can be found outside with her dogs, hunting, volunteering at the VA hospital, and tasting wines — a hobby she picked up living in northeast Oregon, a stone’s throw from Washington’s wine country.
Her favorite quote is…
“Learn to say no to the good so you can say yes to the best.”
We’re so grateful she said Yes to us!
Find Inspiration Everywhere with Jessie
Name: Jessie
JLI Initiated: February 2019
Role: Design Assistant
Archetype: Creative, Tastemaker, Explorer
Jessie is our newest team member, having started in February of this year.
As our Design Assistant, she aids in just about every aspect of our projects. She brings a creative insight to our projects and loves to refresh spaces with accessories that make a huge impact.
Easily inspired, she says, “There are days I find inspiration in my morning coffee by the way the cream hits that magical drink made of beans.”
So it’s no surprise that her favorite quote is:
“The space between where you are and where you want to be is the space where inspiration breathes.”
In addition to her natural talent for design, Jessie’s BS in Business, Management and Economics is certainly an asset to the team, as every project involves high-level quoting, budgeting, and balancing!
When she’s not in the office you can find her by a trail of iced coffee cups (usually from Starbucks), working on her own home renovations, or spending time with her friends and family — including its newest furry four-legged addition!

New or seasoned, I want to personally welcome these fabulous ladies. I am so grateful to all of them. A talented, hardworking, positive team might make all the difference for our clients, but it also makes a huge difference for our joy and accomplishments at work each day. Thank you!
